Account Setup
Just call 1-800-743-3795 and give your shipping and billing information to our customer service agents. Physician accounts and medical clinics may be set up on a billing program. Applications provided upon request. All other accounts require prepayment. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Credit Card Orders
A Credit Card Authorization form, signed by the cardholder, is required for all credit card orders. This form must be on file with Bionet Esthetics prior to shipment, and is valid for 12 months or until the credit card expires or changes.

C.O.D. Orders
Cash on Delivery orders will have a $10.00 processing fee added to each box. The shipment must be guaranteed with a credit card. Any refused shipment will incur a 15% restocking fee and return shipping charges. These charges will be posted against the credit card used to guarantee the shipment. C.O.D. orders are not accepted on a customer’s first order. By placing a C.O.D. order you automatically accept these terms.

Shipping and Handling Fees
Delivery charges will be added to each order. Orders over $1,000 will have standard ground shipping charges waived. All orders will be charged a $5.00 handling fee.

NSF Checks
All returned checks will incur a $50.00 fee each time the bank rejects the deposit.

Late Payment Charges
A $15.00 monthly charge will be added to all past due accounts greater than 60 days. Accounts forwarded to a collection agency will have a $250.00 processing fee added to the outstanding balance.

Return Policy
All returns require pre-authorization. We accept returns on unopened, saleable products within 30 days of purchase. A 15% restocking fee and shipping charge will be deducted from your credited amount. Returns cannot be accepted after 30 days. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Surgical dressings may not be returned. Claims for shortages or damaged goods must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of product. No cash refunds are given.

Terms of Purchase
All Bionet products are intended for the exclusive use of trained and licensed professionals — licensed, trained and supervised appropriately by the guidelines and laws set by each state. Bionet disclaims any responsibility or liability for inappropriate use or applications of our products and distributed goods. The original purchaser and any person who is an intended or unintended user and/or beneficiary of Bionet Esthetics products, shall not be entitled to recover from Bionet Esthetics any consequential or incidental damages. Customer agrees that the venue for any claim arising from or relating to a Bionet Esthetics product or distributed product or merchandise, must be brought in the State or Federal Courts in the state of Arkansas. The Customer’s exclusive remedy against Bionet Esthetics is limited to repair or replacement of allegedly defective goods.

Important Notices: Product information allergy alert: Persons with sensitivity and/or allergies to aspirin or ibuprofen should not use any product containing Salicylic acid. Persons with sensitivity and/or allergies to sulfur should not use SkinTherapeutic® Exfoliating Scrub; Aquanil® and Aquanil® HC should also be avoided.

The NSPEP and Bionet recommend that a micron prohibiting particle mask, gloves and patient eye protection be worn during microdermabrasion treatment Bionet suggests contact lenses NOT be worn during a microdermabrasion procedure and recommend both the patient and technician wash hands thoroughly to avoid getting debris on or under contact lenses.

Safety Notice:
